You hold PokerTraffic.net harmless in relation to any form of damage caused to you in relation to using this service.

PokerTraffic.net offers this services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of any kind. PokerTraffic.net does not guarantee that PokerTraffic.net will be fit or suitable for any purpose.

You will compensate PokerTraffic.net for any harm or damage that you cause it.

You will not modify the PokerTraffic.net HTML/Javascript codes offered to you.

You will not attempt to circumvent or cheat PokerTraffic.net in any way.

If you feel that the PokerTraffic.net is not appropriate or that it violates any applicable laws, then you may not use PokerTraffic.net.

You declare that you are legally entitled to make use of PokerTraffic.net.

PokerTraffic.net may terminate your account/s for any or no reason. PokerTraffic.net may modify this agreement without notice.

PokerTraffic.net’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition herein does not constitute a waiver of the same.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision contained in this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect the subject illegal or unenforceable provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this agreement.

This agreement supersedes any and all negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, between you and PokerTraffic.net regarding the subject matter hereof. This agreement may not be changed nor modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except in writing by PokerTraffic.net.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canberra ACT, Australia. You hereby agree to submit to the Jurisdiction of Canberra ACT, Australia law.
